Sales Trainee - IVECO Finland

Do you want to start your career in the commercial vehicle industry and become part of an international company with the opportunity to develop yourself both professionally and personally? With this Trainee position, you will be part of the sales team in Finland, where we value professional sparring, personal growth and a good sense of humor. You will be trained by and report directly to our Country Sales Manager in Finland.

The job:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious person, who wants to develop into our next professional and passionate salesperson in commercial vehicle sales for the IVECO Brand in Finland.

In time you will be able to serve our B2B customers where you, together with the customer, will find the best solution for their specific needs from our excellent IVECO model portfolio.

Who are you?

In this role you can be in the beginning of your career or already be an experienced employee from the commercial vehicles world - not necessarily from sales. Your background or education is not so important, but of course a commercial mindset is a benefit.

We are looking for the following skills: 

  • Ability to use English as working lanquage is mandatory. Other lanquage skills are definitely a benefit

  • Eager to learn new tasks

  • New ideas from you are more than welcome

IVECO has the most modern product portfolio on the market. We are very strong already with “tomorrows fuels” like biogas, electricity and hydrogen, so we appreciate an open mindset also from you in this changing world.

As a trainee, you will be offered an encouraging  salary package from the beginning with a good fixed salery, commision, pension and a company car. Our goal is that you can continue your career in IVECO after you have completed your Trainee period in 2 years.
